	FEATURES: Fabricated bowl design assures full 16 gauge stainless steel throughout Welding bowls together creates double wall between bowls BAKERY SINKS Saving up to 4" of space. All sink compartments are coved on a full 5/8" radius. Solid stainless front panel 3PB2028-1D30(R) or (L) Leg locations fall directly under sink bowls, providing increased stability and maximum weight support, where needed. Legs crossbraced on all sides for increased stability All outside corners of assembly are bullnosed to provide safe, Must specify right or left drainboard. clean and polished edge. CONSTRUCTION: Leg gussets welded to die-cut, type 304 stainless steel cornerplate. Welded areas blended to match adjacent surface and to a satin finish. All TIG welded. Stands 35 1/2" high, with adjustable bullet feet for leveling. MECHANICAL: 1-1/8" faucet holes are punched on 8" centers, two sets of faucet holes are required where indicated on chart. Optional Accessories Basket type waste drains are 1-1/2" IPS, and are included. Faucets are available options. Lever Waste MATERIAL: Poly Board Sink Covers Bowls - 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel SS Sink Covers Top - Drainboards, backsplash and rolled rims are Faucets 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel SS Bullet Feet Legs - 1-5/8", 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel tubing, Pre-Rinse Units with stainless gussets and adjustable stainless bullet feet. Stainless Steel 304 Cross Bracing - left to right and front to back.
