We ship a complete line of stainless steel kitchen hoods and roof top make up air units custom built to specific needs of all types of customers. All of our products are industry tested and proven. they carry all pertinent code approvals from overseeing organizations such as UL, NSF, BOCA, SBCCI.

Our product lines feature both exhaust only hoods and the more energy efficient make up air hoods, which help prevent conditioned air from being pulled out of the surrounding area. Sizes range from the smallest 4 foot hoods and up. All exterior seams and joints are continuously welded liquid tight then ground and polished to an attractive original finish. Hoods ship complete with vapor proof lights, grease filters.

Below are are standard size makeup and exaust only hood. Please note that an additional 10% will be deducted and prices below include frt. to lower US.

Steps to install your hood . 1. Hang Hood - Mount fans, 2. Have ductwork run from hood to fans (see typical installation below & check local codes) 3. Run electric from fans to switch 4. Call local Fire supression Co "Yellow pages" to install fire system. ( They will supply gas shut down valve, pull permits, and test system with Fire Marshal for you) 5. All Hood - Fan packages receive "free freight"

HOOD - Kitchen hood(s) shall be of the exhaust only, full canopy type. Hood(s) shall be constructed of 18 gauge Type 304 stainless steel or aluminized steel on exposed surfaces. All exterior seams and joints shall be continuously welded liquid tight then ground and polished to original finish. Construction shall include galvanized structural steel framing members as required for strength. All unexposed interior surfaces shall be constructed of minimum 18 gauge galvanized steel, including but not limited to ducts, plenum, framing and brackets.

FILTERS - Filters shall be UL. Classified, aluminum or stainless steel, non-clogging, baffle type which are easily removed for cleaning. Filters shall be in sufficient numbers and sizes to ensure optimum performance as specified by the filter manufacturer. The filter housing shall terminate in a pitched, full length, grease trough which shall drain into a removable stainless steel grease cup.

LIGHTS - UL Listed and NSF approved vapor proof incandescent light fixtures shall be prewired to a junction box situated at the top of the hood for field connection to power. Wiring shall conform to the requirements of the National Electrical Code.

CONTROL PANEL - A two gang switch panel for operation of the fans and lights shall be shipped loose for field mounting or factory hood mounted. Fan switch, with integral indicating light in handle, shall operate the exhaust fan. The second switch shall operate the hood lights.
